he DEWALT DCD240 XR FlexVolt Brushless Paddle Mixer is the ideal tool for plasterers, tilers, flooring contractors and general builders. The high power FlexVolt battery system provides the equivalent performance of a 1.8kW corded tool with the added convenience of a cordless machine.
The DCD240 uses an M14 accessory connector, enabling it to be used with standard mixing paddles. It has an adjustable 5 position speed dial (300/450/550/650/725/min). When changing speeds the motor ramps up or slows down to enable the operator to maintain sufficient control and prevent splashes. It is also fitted with a lock off switch which helps to prevent accidental starting, e.g. when changing the battery.
